Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Salary: 8 - 12 L per Annum
Experience: 4+ years’ experience in social media management
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in handling social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Able to showcase complex social media data in an understandable way
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborative solutions-driven demeanor with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and communicate findings.
- Ability to operate independently against a framework of defined business objectives
- Ability to interact well with a diverse group of technical and non-technical people
- Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, organizational, planning and prioritization skills
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve marketing goals
- Monitor the company’s social media accounts and create content adapting to suit different channels.
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive Page likes, engagement & Leads by creating creative messaging & communication.
- Keep abreast of social media trends and come up with engaging content and creatives to increase brand awareness, engagement & leads.
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
- Analyze competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance.
