Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Coordinator – SDP/FDP to manage the end- to-end planning and execution of Student Development Programs (SDPs), Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and Everyday Learning (EDL) initiatives.

This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders—trainers, academic institutions, internal teams, and government bodies (TASK, APSSDC, APSCHE)—to ensure seamless delivery, effective communication, and timely reporting for all programs. Ideal for candidates interested in program management, academic engagement, and stakeholder collaboration in the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Planning & Outreach
    • Conduct monthly meetings to finalize SDP/FDP calendars.
    • Run market surveys to gauge program interests and finalize program titles/dates.
    • Collaborate with colleges and institutional partners (MoU-signed, TASK, APSSDC, APSCHE) for program alignment.
  2. Trainer & Content Coordination
    • Raise trainer requests and arrange backup trainers.
    • Share trainer profiles with the LMS team for approvals and payment processes.
    • Set expectations on content delivery, agendas, and EDL program requirements.
    • Facilitate trainer invoice processing.
  3. Marketing & Communication
    • Develop registration links, program agendas, and promotional assets (infographics, banners, YouTube thumbnails).
    • Announce programs via EDL webpage, WhatsApp groups, Telegram, and campaigns.
    • Communicate updates to MoU colleges, B2A BDMs, CSR teams, and other stakeholders.
  4. College Collaboration Management
    • Update and maintain College Collaboration Sheets; secure approvals.
    • Coordinate college logos, posters, and registration status updates.
    • Share participation details and data with collaborating institutions.
  5. Program Execution
    • Set up classrooms, LMS access, Zoom links, and YouTube streaming.
    • Coordinate guest speakers (profiles, decks, invitations).
    • Run mailer campaigns to registrants and issue reminders.
    • Conduct readiness checks and manage event-day communication.
    • Track attendance and feedback daily; update LMS accordingly.
  6. Post-Program Activities
    • Prepare and share registration and participation reports with Skill Development bodies, retail teams, and collaborated colleges.
    • Create and approve participation/qualification certificates (logos, signatures, automation via Excel/Word).
    • Issue appreciation certificates to guest speakers.
    • Publish final SDP/FDP batch reports and update master trackers.
Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.

Experience: Fresher

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, LMS platforms).
  • Ability to organize and execute multiple programs with strong attention to detail.
