Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand trainer requirements and timelines.
- Maintain and update a faculty database as per subject/domain requirements.
- Schedule interviews and demo sessions for shortlisted profiles.
- Follow up with selected trainers for documentation and onboarding.
- Ensure alignment with quality standards and budget constraints.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing status.
