Role Summary: Field Officer

The Field Officer will have a critical role in basic-level implementation, monitoring, and reporting with the programs. They act as the bridge between community stakeholders and program teams, ensuring on-ground activities align with impact objectives and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate community engagement and conduct field activities as per project plans
Monitor program implementation and ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks
Collect, verify, and maintain beneficiary data and field reports
Coordinate with local leaders, government officials, and partner organisations
Document success stories, case studies, and challenges from the field
Support audits, field visits, and evaluations conducted by donors or program teams
Manage logistics for field events, training sessions, and mobilization efforts
Work closely with: M&E team, admin/logistics, and partner field staff

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, or similar experience
1–3 years of experience in community engagement or grassroots project implementation
Fluency in local language(s); English proficiency preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or mobile-based reporting apps
