JOB DESCRIPTION: Executive/Sr. Executive – Recruitment and Mobilization

Mobilization & Candidate Sourcing

They shall be held accountable for:

  • Active Sourcing: Make daily outbound calls to source and engage potential candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Role Clarification: Clearly explain job roles, salary structures, work locations, and shift timings to candidates.
  • Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist candidates who meet specific client requirements.
Outreach & Field Engagement
  • Institutional Mapping: Identify and build relationships with institutions, skill centers, colleges and universities.
  • Job Fairs & Events: Assist in coordinating job fairs, walk-ins and outreach initiatives.
  • Outreach Execution: Implement outreach plans to maximize visibility and achieve mobilization goals.
Interview, Onboarding Coordination & MIS
  • Interview Pipeline: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified before joining.
  • Joining Support: Facilitate offer acceptance and onboarding support.
  • Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate MIS reports and placement trackers.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor mobilization metrics and ensure recruitment goals are met.
