They shall be held accountable for:
- Active Sourcing: Make daily outbound calls to source and engage potential candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Role Clarification: Clearly explain job roles, salary structures, work locations, and shift timings to candidates.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist candidates who meet specific client requirements.

- Institutional Mapping: Identify and build relationships with institutions, skill centers, colleges and universities.
- Job Fairs & Events: Assist in coordinating job fairs, walk-ins and outreach initiatives.
- Outreach Execution: Implement outreach plans to maximize visibility and achieve mobilization goals.

- Interview Pipeline: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified before joining.
- Joining Support: Facilitate offer acceptance and onboarding support.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate MIS reports and placement trackers.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor mobilization metrics and ensure recruitment goals are met.
