Roles and Responsibilities :
- Reach out to various IT/ITes companies for open positions and establish a formal relationship with the companies for sharing the open positions informations with ExcelR
- Manage end to end placement drive with companies
- Collaborate and promote Career Planning through in-class presentations, student organisation outreach, New Student Orientation etc
- Coordinate with students and companies and align interviews
- Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
