Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for new client acquisition and building strong relationships to procure new job requirements for participants.
- Scout and engage entrepreneurs and corporates willing to hire ExcelR students.
- Mandatory experience in sourcing clients through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and search engine strategies.
- Schedule interviews with clients and collect post-interview performance feedback.
- Coordinate with Placement Coordinators to ensure suitable student placements aligned with client requirements.
- Regularly update all activities, interactions, and progress in the internal portal/CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly acquisition and placement targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the immediate superior as required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills while interacting with clients.
- Leverage existing client relationships to strengthen hiring partnerships.
- Be self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented in approach.
- Exhibit strong networking and relationship-building skills.
