  • 2+ years of experience in Client Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new client acquisition and building strong relationships to procure new job requirements for participants.
  • Scout and engage entrepreneurs and corporates willing to hire ExcelR students.
  • Mandatory experience in sourcing clients through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and search engine strategies.
  • Schedule interviews with clients and collect post-interview performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with Placement Coordinators to ensure suitable student placements aligned with client requirements.
  • Regularly update all activities, interactions, and progress in the internal portal/CRM.
  • Achieve assigned monthly acquisition and placement targets.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the immediate superior as required.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills while interacting with clients.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to strengthen hiring partnerships.
  • Be self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented in approach.
  • Exhibit strong networking and relationship-building skills.
