Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the inside sales representatives’ team.
- Set, monitor, and track sales targets for the team.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
- Report on sales metrics and recommend performance improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain an open, transparent communication environment within the team.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Sound numerical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Experience & Compensation
- Experience: 7+ years total, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate.
- Mandatory: Experience working with Training Institutes.
