Executive/Sr. Executive – Recruitment and Mobilization (ERM)

Role The Executive – Recruitment and Mobilization is responsible for the end-to-end candidate lifecycle management. The primary goal is to ensure that candidates are effectively sourced, screened, and onboarded to meet monthly targets. This role directly impacts placement success and joining ratios for various client mandates.
Reporting The incumbent shall report to the State Head at ExcelR.
Location & Travel Frequent travel will be required for the role (Field Recruitment).
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, MSW or related field.
  • Experience in NAPS/NATS/NGOs, Bulk Hiring (Grey/Blue Collar), Manufacturing, BFSI, NBFC, Logistics, Retail sectors preferred.
  • Mahatma Gandhi National Fellows or similar profiles preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Mobilization & Candidate Sourcing
  • Active Sourcing: Make daily outbound calls to source and engage potential candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Role Clarification: Clearly explain job roles, salary structures (stipends, bonuses, overtime), work locations, and shift timings.
  • Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Outreach & Field Engagement
  • Institutional Mapping: Identify and build relationships with ITIs, polytechnics, colleges, and other institutions.
  • Job Fairs & Events: Assist in coordinating district-level job fairs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Outreach Execution: Implement outreach plans to maximize mobilization goals.
Interview, Onboarding Coordination & MIS
  • Interview Pipeline: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
  • Documentation: Ensure collection and verification of documents such as Aadhar, PAN, and educational certificates.
  • Joining Support: Facilitate offer acceptance and onboarding support.
  • Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate daily MIS and placement trackers.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor mobilization metrics and align activities with recruitment targets.
