Designation: Admin Executive - Support
We are looking for a female candidate who can efficiently manage multiple queries and provide excellent support to learners throughout their journey on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound Calls/Mails/Messages with learners.
- Assist learners with onboarding and platform navigation.
- Address queries related to assessments, tests, results, certificates and course progress.
- Follow up with learners to gather required information and ensure issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and support requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve learner concerns promptly.
- Need to meet Targets.
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a polite and professional approach.
- High level of patience and empathy while handling learner concerns.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and queries simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with intensive calling and learner engagement.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle administrative processes accurately.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets and online platforms.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in customer support, learner support, academic operationss, counseling or customer success roles.
- Experience in the EdTech, training or education sector.
