Designation: Admin Executive - Support

We are looking for a female candidate who can efficiently manage multiple queries and provide excellent support to learners throughout their journey on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound Calls/Mails/Messages with learners.
  • Assist learners with onboarding and platform navigation.
  • Address queries related to assessments, tests, results, certificates and course progress.
  • Follow up with learners to gather required information and ensure issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner interactions and support requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve learner concerns promptly.
  • Need to meet Targets.
Required Skills & Qualities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a polite and professional approach.
  • High level of patience and empathy while handling learner concerns.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and queries simultaneously.
  • Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable with intensive calling and learner engagement.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle administrative processes accurately.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets and online platforms.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in customer support, learner support, academic operationss, counseling or customer success roles.
  • Experience in the EdTech, training or education sector.
