ExcelR Solutions (hereby referred as ‘ExcelR’), reserves the sole right to repeal or reschedule a training or change the trainer, location of training because of insufficient enrollments, trainer / instructor unavailability or force majeure conditions.
ExcelR Solutions Cancels The Training

- Requests for a refund are accepted within 24 hours after the course is purchased through https://www.excelr.com/
- A formal request for a refund should be made through an official email at [email protected] within 3 days from the date of the courese(s) commencement.
- Any refund request after the above time frame will not be entertained.
- All the refunds will be processed within 20-30 business working days after the request for a refund has been raised and approved by ExcelR Solutions.
- Any duplicate payment made will be refunded only after the request is raised by the delegate with payment proof. Such refunds are processed within 7 days from the day of intimation done by the delegate.
PMP Refund Policy
- We offer a 100% Money-back Guarantee on PMP.
- The training fee paid by the participant will be refunded if the participant fails the exam within 45 days from the completion of training. Necessary evidence has to be provided towards the same.
